Last week, a list on the official website of the MWC 2018 confirmed that Xiaomi Mi 7 will participate in the annual Expo. Cue a wave of leaks around Xiaomi the upcoming smartphones. The Chinese company is widely expected to take the wrapper from its next flagship smartphone at the Expo, and a leak now shows what the Mi 7 could be like.

A supposed impression of Xiaomi Mi 7 emerged online showing its front and rear sides. Spotted by Techlector, the overall design seen in render is quite reminiscent of the Xiaomi MI Mix 2. Very surprisingly, Xiaomi MI is opting for the bezel-less design language, but we have to admit that the MI 7 looks better than MI mix 2. That said, with such early pressure, it is advisable to take with the proverbial pinch of salt.

The rear panel design is pretty minimal with only dual camera layouts, LED Flash, fingerprint sensor, and my logo seen. A previous filtration mentioned that the back panel will be boxed into the glass, which could be a runway towards a possible wireless charging function.

The front is dominated by the screen, which extends to all angles. The smartphone is rumored to boast a 6-inch AMOLED screen produced by Samsung. The upper bezel is a little thicker than the rest, which is why it is likely to host the headset, sensors, and auto-camera.

Based on what we've found so far, Xiaomi Mi 7 will certainly be powered by the newest Dragon 845 SoC by Qualcomm. That means, Xiaomi Mi 7 smartphone will join the likes of Samsung Galaxy S9, Sony Xperia XZ Pro, and LG G7 on the latest QUALCOMM chipset.

The Xiaomi Mi 7 is also speculated to come with a 3,000mAh battery with quick charging support, and 6GB RAM. Curiously, some rumors say that in addition to fingerprint sensor, the MI 7 will also come with Apple IPhone X technology-like facial unlock.
